We strongly recommend our clients to go through the following stated policies which would inform them of the situations in which they can use the right. Some of the situations are:

  • If we fail to deliver the work on the deadline.
  • If we are not able to follow the guidelines of the assignment.

  • If the revisions are not delivered on time or are compromised in terms of quality.

Dispute Resolution Policy

• We recommend that clients check their email for the order delivery on the given date so that if the client is not happy with the paper, he has 7 days to put in a revision request with our customer support staff.

• Only after the revision request has been carried and the client is still not satisfied, then he can put in a refund request.

• It is our responsibility to reply to the client within 2 weeks of receiving customer complaint or else they have the right to involve a third party to resolve the matter.

• The client must contact the customer support before involving a third party.
